We are an independent solar energy company founded in Valencia in 2011. We develop, build and operate renewable assets with one fixed idea: they must last and perform for 30 years.

We work with industry, infrastructure funds, landowners and public bodies. Our integrated model — from land to grid and from grid to operations — removes friction and aligns incentives: when the plant performs, everyone wins.

02 History
Fifteen years of sunshine, one after another.
- 2011
Founded in Valencia
Three industrial engineers start installing rooftop solar on warehouses around Valencia.
- 2014
First 10 MWp plant
We move into utility scale with a plant in La Mancha.
- 2017
O&M unit launched
We open the 24/7 control room and start operating for third parties.
- 2019
Expansion to Portugal
Lisbon office and our first cross-border corporate PPA.
- 2021
1 GW developed
We pass one gigawatt with 38 plants in the portfolio.
- 2023
Storage business
We launch the BESS line and our in-house battery EMS.
- 2025
Italy & agrivoltaics
First elevated agrivoltaic project in Apulia.

1.8 GW & Pulse 3.0
Los Llanos is connected and Pulse 3.0 is released.
